What disks are you using?
Are you seeing any issues on the front panel?
Is the Mac using an M series processor?
If this NAS is running 4.2.x firmware, then you likely are getting an SSL version/encryption mismatch error. Is that what you are seeing? If you aren't sure, then post a screenshot.
