Hi Guys Had to do a complete factory reboot , have replaced my Hdd drives with new ones , all up and running only thing is I cant access any shares I have made , I can only access the two default on...

Thnks for reply , have only just rebooted and put drives back in so havent even tocuched any settings , so how do i make a user and etc , as i said before all this was set up and done for me

Go to Security/User & Group Accounts. With the pull-down in the upper right set to Manage Users, select the Add User tab.

You can always use the admin credentials for file access, but it is better if you create another user name. If you make the user name and password the same as you use for Windows, then Windows will provide the password to the NAS and you won't need to log on. Alternatly, you can save the name and p[assword in the Windows Credential Manager.
