SMB Protocol

I just want to add that this means that the NAS supports SMB 2.x connections by default, so you shouldn't need to change that.

As we talk of a Windows 10 Pro system, we can assume it does negotiate to the highest SMB dialect available on both sides - what would translate to establish some SMB 3.1 or SMB 3.1.1 connection.
