At that speed a 75 GiB backup would take at least 22 days. That's the best case - assuming that 100% of your internet speed was used to upload the backup 24/7.
Though if the sync was running when you used speedtest, it's possible that your ISP speed is a bit faster than that. Do you know what service you are paying for? Usually the upload/download speeds are also in your ISP bill (or the information in your ISP account).

Thanks for the quick reply. I pay $200/month for 20 megs up and 2 down, and now have a repair ticket running with the ISP. The >300 ms ping time isn't helping either, I'm sure.
