This site can’t provide a secure connection 192.168.8.121 using unsupported protocol
ReadyNAS NV+ V2 Windows 11 Home Have run RAIDar but couldn't find the NAS. Someone suggested Java which I tried but couldn't get an exe file to run it. After opening som exe files in the bin folder...
Using chrome, 5 year old laptop. I get the dashboard up but as soon as I try to access the drives by clicking on browse I get the above error. I get a list of the films I have on the hard drive on my smart tv (list but no access) but nothing on my laptop

Browsing using Chrome (via the dashboard)?
Or browsing with Windows File Manager????
What firmware is the NAS running?
Have you enabled the SMB/CIFS 1.0 client in the windows settings ("turn windows features on or off").
Can you post a screen shot of the error?
Using Chrome, sorry, can only seem to save as rtf as only have wordpad at the moment.

No need for RTF.
With windows, do ctrl-alt-print screen. Then open paint, and enter ctrl-v. Crop out any extraneous areas, and save as a png. You can then attach that here.
