Welcome to the Community!
If you are trying to login on the Administration page of your ReadyNAS using the User accounts created that will not be possible, only the admin account is allowed. You can allow a created user to have SSH access though.

Normally users access the NAS through Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder.
If you match the user account/password on the NAS to the PC login, then Windows will automatically connect with the right credential. You can alternatively enter the credential in the Windows Credential Manager.

While the older 4.x NASes had a user web page, the OS6 one's do not. The only possible reason I can think why Netgear eliminated this useful capability is to drive people toward using ReadyCloud even though they are local.
