Upgrade from 5.3 to latest 6.x?
I have readynas duo v2 running raidiator 5.3.13. Can I upgrade to 6.x? If yes, how To do? Does it support smb2 or smb3 or nfs4? Thank you

Unfortunately, no.
Another user has created a SAMBA update that you can get here: https://github.com/sshambar/readynas-arm/releases/download/Samba36-3.6.25-1/Samba36_3.6.25-1.bin .
