Upgrade to Quieter coolers on rackmont ready nas model RN 3138.
I bought on Amazon the ready nas RN 3138. I found it a little noisy. Would there be a way to replace the coolers with a quieter model? It comes equipped with 3 12V, 3 pin, 40x20mm coolers model MGT401...
The case is fairly obviously made by Chenbro, so you can Google for any suggestions for their 1U chassis. A lot of Chenbro's newest ones use a single large squirrel cage fan instead of the multiple 40mm ones, but I doubt you could fit that in. The only quiet 40mm one I am aware of is the Noctua NF-A4x20, which I suspect is the one you are talking about because it only has about 5CFM capability.
