UPS Disconnected Error message on Ultra4 Plus

I have been getting error messages coming from my Ultra4 Plus stating "UPS Event Detected" & "UPS has been disconnected. I am using a Panamax MB850 UPS that was immediately recognized by the Ultra4 Plus when I first installed it. The other night I noticed about eight of these messages one right after the other. I did a search before creating this post and found some similar topics but they were several years old with no apparent solution so I thought I would try again.

Do you think it is a problem with the battery backup or the Ultra4 Plus? I never physically disconnected the USB cable between MB850 and NAS.
