USB drive renaming

NETGEAR RN21200-100NES ReadyNAS 212

 

Hi

I am new to ReadyNAS (I previously had a Stora)

I have attached 2 X 4TB USB drives

and the NAS as named them:

usb_hdd_1 & usb_hdd_3  respectively?

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to rename them to something

more useful/suitable as I could with any USB device I attached to my old Stora?

    Hi alan248,

     

    As of now this is not supported by the OS 6 system. But I believe a request has been submitted or raised to the Engineering department. You can open a support ticket from our support site or team and it can also be forwarded to Engineering.
