Yes, i'm sure that the flash is dead, the all hardware is ok, but the OS was install in the flash, now when start readynas 4200 doesn't have menu. I tryed recovery instructions for netgear support, but is impossible, because need the OS in usb flash, i don't found how to install OS in new usb flash. So i installed a alternative OS the freenas in a new usbflash, it work but i would like to use Radiator OS from netgear, and i can not found support on website from netgear
