what have i got

i have just got from ebay at a very good price 37 pounds a readynas 1000s or so i thought i just wanted it for the case thinking at that price it would be dead but to my surprise it is working it is running firmware 4.1.12 and id's itself as a 1000s in RAIDar but i don't think its a 1000s there is no CF card on the main board could someone tell me what it is the board part number is (IT-07-1-0100-0-04) made by infrant

  • If its in a 1U chassis, its a 1000s. If its a square box, its a 600B.

    i see infarant used different 2 boards in the 1u chassis to make up the 1000s one with the CF card and the other with NAND Flash from a user point of view there should not be any differences but apart from upping the memory the one i have uses DDR-SODIMM, and the other DDR-400 PC3200 is that right
