Which Ready NAS do I need please?
Hello. I have installed a handful of ReadyNAS products over the years and they have been very good. I have a client who has the following requirements to serve up to 12 PC's 4TB usable storage....

I think you mean the ReadyNAS, not the drives. You can do scheduled backup to USB. There have been issues with rotating these drives - not sure if they are all resolved (as I don't do backups that way).

They will come right up, but they will be using the default ReadyNAS settings. There will need to additional set up (likely the same stuff that you've set up in the past). User accounts, backup schedules, and the like.

Will it all be self configuring? The units I have set up in the past that came with disks installed were really simple to set up.
