Win11 24H2 and ReadyNAS
What did Microsoft do this time...? I allowed my Win11 Plex server to update to 24H2 today, and now it can't get to my ReadyNAS104. Firmware 6.10.10. I can get to it just fine with my desktop Win11...
My settings are the same as yours. I'm only guessing here, but I hope the OP does try installing SMB Plus. If that doesn't fix it, then it's something more than just 24H2, though that something more may be related to 24H2 (like a companion Plex update).

My own Plex server hasn't updated to 24H2 yet (and I am not inclined to rush that update).
But if the PC can't access the NAS shares from File Explorer, then it has nothing directly to do with Plex.
