Netgear can sell you a new power supply for 18.95 + 7.00 shipping. Then you can continue to use the old RAID and migrate data to a new NAS at your leisure. I did this when my old NV died. Its up and running like a charm. I am thinking about a new NAS and then keeping the old NV as a backup to the new NAS
