Access to the php.ini file

Hello I tried to get access to the php.ini file.But I allways get the answer: 404 The requested URL /etc/php/apache2 was not found on this server. The path was: https://192.168.1.101/etc/php/apache...

    Thank you for your help.

    I did it this way, but I suggest do use WinSCP instead of Putty. WinSCP is also free and much more confortable than Putty.
