Automatic: Config Setup
Hi guys,
I've been trying to setup my Automatic config; it works and downloads the one feed, although the filter seems a little off.
Then I have the following filters:
Now the Big Bang downloads, from Series 4+ despite the filter being set for series 5+, so that's odd.
The rest doesn't work.. as I'm trying to use a more specific RSS filter to compensate for the filters in the config not working.
I'm clearly doing something wrong, but I don't know what..
Thanks for the advice,
T.

## General options ##

# Specify an RSS feed by its URL and optionally a Cookie string for private feeds
# If you have more than one feed, just create another "feed" option
# Big Bang

# 2 Broke Girls

Right now.. this is broken, but if you made it work somehow, please let me know.
T. - FoppaAspirantThis is a real newbee question, but can someone please help me with the basic ssh commands needed to open and edit the automatic.config.
I have installed putty and have established connection to my readynas. But I don´t know what to do next. I have tried searching the forum, but no luck.
Please help med! :) - JarnoGGuideyou don't need to ssh to edit automatic.conf.
Use a text editor (like Notepad++, not the Windows notepad), log in on your NAS using CIFS and the admin account you use to log in to Frontview/Dashboard. Then go to /c/addons-config/automatic
There will be a file called automatic.conf with all the settings in it. - FoppaAspirantOkey, when trying to open /c/addons-config/ there is no folder called automatic. I have checked in SSH also. But I have used a trick learned in another theared here, so I have access to automatic.conf, located in /etc/automatic.conf.
The problem is now that I don´t get any downloads, anyone who can send an example of a working automatic.conf file ?
I´m using a PRO6 with Automatic "v0.6.2-readypro-0.9.2" and Transmission "v2.52.00" - ludwichAspirantWell i have diffrent settings than you..
transmission-version = "1.3"
rpc-host = "localhost"
rpc-port = 8181
rpc-auth = "user:pass"
url = { "http://www.blablabla"
}
interval = 5
use-transmission = yes
start-torrents = yes
torrent-folder = "/c/media/BitTorrent/Sources"
statefile = "/c/addons-config/automatic/.config/automatic.state"
patterns = {
"afl.*720p"
"Games.of.thrones.*720p"
}
this have worked for a long time but since i updated to 4.2.20 it dosent work anymore =( Havent changed anything.. Anyone else who have the same problem ? - ludwichAspirant1 Thing i dont get to work is the exclude rule =( Exactlly how do i apply it ?
