Same for me (I'm using FF3.0) - in fact even the same file/link doesn't necessarily work twice for me. I'm wondering whether it's just a delay or something wrong with the way the client works. Sometimes when I add the url manually, it seems like I have to do it several times over to get it to stick despite the client saying "torrent file sent" - whatever that's supposed to mean.
