It might already be too late.
There are some companies out there that specialize in data recovery. Seagate has a data recovery service.
If you want to try doing this yourself, you can try connecting all the disks to a PC (probably needing a multi-bay enclosure), and then use ReclaiMe Ultimate (which supports BTRFS and software RAID). You'd also need to have enough storage to offload the data.
Could easily run about $800 to get the enclosure, software, and storage for offloading (or more, depending on how much storage you need to purchase). (Knowing the cost of DIY might help inform your decision on whether you should use a recovery service or not).

i'm thinking it's too late as well... it was a volume full of movies and shows for my plex server.. thankfully, my important docs and stuff (resumes, financials, etc...) had been backed up elsewhere, so..
it was kinda time for a spring cleaning, just didn't expect it to happen this way.. was about 6TB of movies and shows, most of which were collections that no one watched anyway.. oh well.. those drives are going into my truenas core box, so.. that just made the decision whether or not to buy new (used drives) or use those that much easier.. just a LOT of re-rendering and processing to do.. sucks..
