Can I still register as OS 6 developer?

Hi Folks,

I am trying to register as a ReadyNAS OS 6 application developer via the following page:

https://apps.readynas.com/pages/?page_id=299

I fill out the form, click box next to "tos", click the "Captcha" then click "Register".

After a few seconds I receive the message:

"CAPTCHA was not valid."

Is this this program no longer available, or is this related to some issue with the form.
