Cannot Install ReadyNAS Photo Desktop

I'm receiving an error during the install and instructed to delete the Dekoh directory and try again. I've tried using the new release of the Desktop software as well and am receiving the same error. I've tried disabling any virus software and Windows Firewalls.
Any other suggestions?

-Minerva - Hi, i own a readynas duo also thats having the same problem...i get to 95% and the download stops ther...anyone figured out why? im using windows 7...
- Hi I'm having the same issue - downloaded the ReadNAS photos, double clicked to install, installer got 95% done then listed an exception. Stopped installing at that point. I closed it, tried to uninstall, gets to 8% then tells me I cant uninstall.
So I'm kind of stuck, any help would be appreciated. I'm using Win XP. - Turp, were you able to solve the problem? Im having the same problem on a windows7 computer.
