Can't update NetGear ReadyNas 104[6.10.8]

Please help me update NetGear ReadyNas 104!
At the moment, the microcode is 6.10.7
I'm trying to update: 1. via the Internet - nothing happens. The download goes on and then everything stops. 2. I downloaded update 6.10.8 from the official site. I'm trying to upload. There is a download and then the download window disappears and that's it.
After some time, the system freezes (1-2 days) at 99% and writes: Booting!
You have to do a reinstall of the OS. And everything comes back again.
In the logs it says: System: Failed to send notification.
