Changing password gives me leaf network adapter error
I am unable to change password on my readynas remote account.
1. Created an account on remote.readynas.com
2. Installed ReadyNAS remote application with the username and password from 1and gave this account access on my NAS device.
3. Everything works.
4. Decides my password is weak and login to remote.readynas.com and reset the password to another one.
5. The Ready nas remote client now tells me it is unable to login and I i change the password to the new one.
6. The Client tries to login a few times and then reports there is an issue with my leaf network adaptor.
If I change back to my original password everything works again, so it seems to be impossible to change password for me.
Do anyone else have this problem, and how do I solve it?
Best regards
Johan

- jelreynAspirantI've had a similar problem with changing passwords.I don't know my old password, but upon changing passwords, the new password continually gives me the Leaf Network Adapter error.
Strange, because I've been able to login with other people's accounts with no problem at all on multiple occasions both before and after the password change - and I've tried this on 3 different PCs, 2 running Windows 8, and 1 running Windows 7.
I don't know what's going on with these password changes, nor do I know how to fix it unfortunately. Just seems like something is broken with the ReadyNAS Remote password changing that invalidates the new passwords, and causes the client software to throw up this erroneous error.
Hope you find a solution soon!
Edit: I even tried deleting my account in the hope that'd fix it, however upon creating an account with the same username, it produces the same error! Very strange!
