Choosing a ReadyNAS server

If you're fine with a desktop ReadyNAS go with the Pro 2 (RNDP2000), Pro 4 (RNDP4000) or Pro 6 (RNDP6000-200). Any of these should be fine for you, but my favourite would be the Pro 6 as it has an optional dual-redundancy feature which protects against two disk failures.
If you want a rackmount ReadyNAS to go in a server rack consider the 1500 or 2100.
If you purchase your own disks be sure to purchase disks from the HCL.
