Couchpotato and Sickbeard Woes after ReadyNas restore

Well, just spent £4.74 on a new set of Add-ons, and everything is now installed and working, and at the latest version.
I appear to still have the Sickbeard DB, though not the search providers, so some work to be done here, and I'm sure I can get he details of my old config from the NAS backup - assuming I can work out which file I need to access.
