Create NAS share
How can I create a share on the NAS for the Shared folder in the ELC? I would like to backup certain files to this loaction via the Remote Rsync server. Is this possible?
I think the problem might be that you have a large data set and it's just taking a long time to sync up.
So when it says processing, it might be still transferring and might take a while (I've seen rsync take days to process).
But just in case, I've elevated your ticket directly with support and you should be hearing from them again soon.
