Can't create new share
Hi,
I used to be able to create a Share, but now it displays "Error: 1013060008":
Model: ReadyNAS 202
Firmware: 6.6.0
Context: shares_panel_volume
Error: 1013060008
Cannot get GID for guest
Any idea why, or what needs to happen to fix it? I can send logs, but don't see a place to upload them.
This should now be fixed. For some reason you had two groups for guest/nobody rather than just one.

The mechanics for uploading logs is here: http://kb.netgear.com/21543/How-do-I-send-all-logs-to-ReadyNAS-Community-moderators
Wait for a Netgear mod to ask for them though.
This is quite unusual, I haven't seen it posted here before. One brute force strategy would be to back up the data, do a factory reset, reconfigure the NAS and restore the data. Though this is something Netgear might want to look at.
- gbeddowLuminaryDigging around a bit in the logs I see this:
System_log-Netgear-RN202-20161227-084520/readynasd.log:Dec 27 08:44:16 Netgear-RN202 readynasd[2793]: Could not get snapper config name for '/ReadyNAS-Volume/test2' System_log-Netgear-RN202-20161227-084520/readynasd.log:Dec 27 08:44:16 Netgear-RN202 readynasd[2793]: Share test2 creation failed.
And from SSH:# snapper list The config 'root' does not exist. Likely snapper is not configured. See 'man snapper' for further instructions.
For whatever it's worth, I'm not using Snapshots.

You could send in your logs if you like (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)
