default credentials for QBittorrent 3.3.0

I uninstalled QBittorrent 1.0.3 (Poussin's) which is available under Apps on the Readynas, and installed 3.3.0 (proper AMD version) by "hfsamb", which I got following https://community.netgear.com/t5/Current-NETGEAR-and-Partners/Addons-available-For-R6/td-p/842756  Why this isn't listed in the "uninstalled Apps" section on the unit, I don't know.  

I rebooted, and the app is enabled.  On the readynas App page, under Installed Apps, it shows the port's author and version (3.3.0) and says the default credentials are user "admin" with password "adminadmin". I tried both that and the previous installation's credentials, and neither works.

I'm looking for how to go log into the newly installed version of QBittorrent.  I'm running OS v 6.6.0 on my ReadyNAS 314.
