Deluge
Hi! I'm a big fan of Deluge (http://deluge-torrent.org/). It offers a few features over Transmission and ruTorrent, two of which are a desktop thin client and automatic sorting by label or tracker.
Technically, ruTorrent offers automatic sorting, but it's annoying to use when it has the prerequisite of forcing rTorrent to save its settings. Regardless of that, neither it nor Transmission offer thin client access. Well, actually, Transmission may offer everything in the world, but I wouldn't know because it's impossible to use on my Ultra 2. uTorrent Server probably comes close to matching Deluge's features, but unfortunately it seems like only old versions of it are installable on my Ultra 2 as well.
So, hey, Deluge! I'd greatly appreciate someone compiling a .bin of it for the ReadyNAS Ultra 2. I'd be willing to pay for it.

- I agree. It would be cool if the ReadyNAS could run deluged and deluge-web by default. Nothing beats Deluge's web interface and with deluged running anyway you could connect the client to deluged on the NAS.
