Download folder issue in Transmission on RN6

I'm having the same issue now on my 314. I've tried all steps mentioned in this thread, i've even tried a manual install but had no luck.
I'm trying to integrate with sickbeard so want completed downloads moving to /home/user/sickbeard/autoProcessTV which I've set from the web GUI, and via SSH in /data/Transmission/config/settings.json and from /etc/transmission/setting.json. I've tried changing folder permission and changing the transmission user but can't seem to crack this. Any idea's? I have basic linux and ssh knowledge mostly through experience on the ras pi.
At the moment downloaded files stay in /data/Transmission/Incomplete.
