It happened again this week where NAS2 just disappeared. I can't get to it physically (its offsite), but when I asked someone to check it, it is powered on and looks normal on the display. Rebooting it got to show up in Replicate again.

Did you get to the bottom of this?
Sorry I know its bit of a late reply but I have been searching for information on this as I am having exactly the same issue. My NAS boxes are both running OS6 and work on the LAN but when one is taken offsite and reconnected to a network point (also showing online on the replication portal) it then fails with exit code 30.
