well, I found it. And think a lot about good documentation which is not in ReadyNAS apps.
So, in my case, username = "postmaster@iredadmin.com", password = "$1$DZsJmM8J$kZVmvEJjahAa1S9njxDzb0"
You can find it in mysql_vmail.sql after install:
