Hi, Can anyone tell me how to use this app - specifically how to logon? The authors web site says that logon accounts are created at install, but the install package is silent for the readynas. I h...

Hi,
iredmail has Rabaca as the author. http://apps.readynas.com/pages/?page_id=9
I see an email address, after searching for that name, on post of 21st Feb last.

So can I ask users to mail or PM.
A 2nd option, is log a support ticket, with screenshots, logs, and relevant details. Level 2 escalate to Level3.
L3 send to developers, who can contact the Add-on authors.
Officially Netgear do not comment on 3rd party add-ons. Forum support is best effort.
