Login info known good. Cannot connect to ReadyNAS.
Maybe I screwed up by just cutting straight to the chase by sending an IM to cap1. Who knows.
In any case, in following the ReadyNAS Remote Troubleshooting Guide, I have been stopped at step 9, ensuring that the device ID has been set to "hostname_MAC". The device ID does not match either of the MAC address of the device.
The MAC address of the port that is plugged in is 4C:60:DE:24:A8:9C, whereas the device ID is listed as NetworkShare_e091f58b7866 .
I would like to request the SSH session that is required for further troubleshooting.

- SwissArmyDruidAspirantHello? Is anyone out there? Is Cap1 even still a moderator?
