When mine started to do that, I got this from support:
It worked for me that time.
Can you update your NAS units to the latest Replicate add-on? You can
download it from http://www.replicate.readynas.com and there is a link on
the right side. Then go to frontview on each unit and system -> update
and choose the local update tab and upload it.
It worked for me that time.
