- super_poussinVirtuosoPlease note that most of the dev, leave outside of the USA :P
- aaylaAspirantHi super-poussin,
Unfortunately, the contest is open to US-based individuals and companies only at this time due to legal reasons. But developers can still develop and submit apps. - chirpaLuminaryWhat about entries, while with US corporate offices, the actual add-on developers are foreign (UK)? At least one of the current leader board entries falls into this scenario. The official rules state eligibility is open to legal residents of the United States (individual), not a corporation.
- chirpaLuminaryBueller?
- chirpaLuminaryI am curious what will come of the contest in the four days from now when it ends. Silence here about some basic questions on rules and terms. And apparently Genie is going away in future firmware; the quote below is from one of the ReadyNAS developers in another thread.

We'll remove genie in next version. - chirpaLuminaryGoing to announce winners? Or at least update the webpage...

So the site is now dead, not very professional. What are the results of the contest??? - chirpaLuminaryAnything to comment? Contest went silent, site dead. And right after that, http://apps.readynas.com shows up.
- super_poussinVirtuosoyep silently released, I discover this https://developer.netgear.com/home no more answer
- aaylaAspirantThanks for your interest in the contest. Per our official rules, the Semi-Finalist Notification will occur on or about Nov. 1, 2013, and the Grand Prize Winner will be announced on January 6th, 2014.
