Netgear support for my [ReadyNAS 104] I need a one time data recovery
I tried going through support and I can't open a case. It just leads me to the knowledge base or these forums.
Is there a user on here that works for Netgear, or knows someone on here that works for Netgear that can set up a one time data recovery for me?
Thanks,
-Justin-

AFAIK, Netgear support for ReadyNAS other than warranty support (which never included data recovery) is no longer available.
If you can be more specific about what your issue is, we may be able to give you some other options.

All readynas are end-of-life, so Netgear support is not an option.
FWIW, Seagate offers a data recovery service
They might not help, since you have a mix of WD and Seagate disks.
ReclaiMe also lists a couple of partners, though they might be overkill for this.
Sandshark - Esoteric has an out-of-sync array with one partition being non-fresh, and another simply not being added for some reason that isn't in the logs. This is an expanded XRAID volume, with a base RAID-5 group and a RAID-1 group. The RAID-5 group is the one that isn't mounting.
--really-force is of course one option, but there is always some risk when people who aren't familiar with linux commands need to use tech support mode.
