New Transmission add-on thread
The previous thread was very long time to open a new one and prepare the 2.0 :)
I too lost my shares after an upgrade to Transmission 2.01. A restart of the Duo brought them back with an additional share that I assume Transmission had created: Webroot.
It looks like the missing shares, at least in my case, might be down to the code which adds this new share to the listing.
