Which version did you see in frontview ?

It's 2.80 - also tried updating to the 3.00.3 version (from 3.00.2) from your dropbox. Rebooted/disabled/enabled/rebooted. Still not starting when the NAS starts (I'v set it to be off during the day)

On a RN 10200 running 6.0.8

Can you try this :

Remove transmission
Remove the transmission share
Install it again

Nope, uninstalled, removed share; re-installed...

No luck - I have to log in to the web control panel and flick the Transmission switch to 'on' in the Apps tab.

Any other addons installed?

Thanks for pointing that out. Dunno if i should give up on transmission for now. Never got it working and already had too much problems with the Nas itself. :?

So i've tried giving transmission another go. So far its crashed my storage during the installation and now when i tried switching it on, it's become unresponsive and keeps asking for my dashboard credentials.

I normally like a bit of a challenge but this i'm going to gladly give up on.

I have been having a Transmission nightmare since my ReadyNAS Duo upgraded itself to RAIDiator 4.1.12 this morning - I had disabled automatic upgrades so I'm not really sure how this happened.

Anyway, since the upgrade, Transmission has been crashing non-stop and attempting to restart it via Frontview has failed. I have reinstalled it several times but eventually, I reverted to RAIDiator 4.1.10 and it still failed to launch until I reinstalled it yet again.

I'm not feeling very confident that it will keep going for very long.

Sure enough, it crashed again.

By the way, I'm using Transmission v2.42.
