Hello Annamarie,
Can you post a screen capture?
Are you entering the email address of the ReadyNAS Remote user? Have you checked if the ReadyNAS is getting on the Internet? I'd suggest adding secondary DNS 8.8.8.8 to the network settings of the NAS too.
Regards,

Hello,
There really is nothing to screen capture. I put in the email address of the user, i.e., mark@burkesports.com, click find and get No Users Found.
I will try the secondary DNS and post results.
As previously stated, I can login to the user's profile.
I will say that one thing is a bit weird........when rendering the Remote Management page, there are three dots "...." at the end of the field where the email address would be entered while the NAS is "getting version and settings." I can screen capture that image. If I do a refresh the go away. A bit strange.
Feels like firmware corruption to me.
However, I have applied the update more than once ........ still no joy.

Also, the NAS has Internet access as I can do the update via Remote.

Also, Email invites also do not work.

Screen capture loaded and secondary DNS set at 8.8.8.8.
Still no joy.

Next Update:
Uninstalled/Reinstalled the add-on ................. again.
Nope.
So frustrating!
Is Netgear sure their end is working properly?
Thanks.

OK last post for today and last gut effort to get things working.
Created a new user account: amdlloyd@verizon.net - username alloyd
Also, received "No User found"
Removed secondary DNS since never had that before and things worked fine.
Tried to find user amdlloyd@verizon.net again.....
No go.
"Waving the White Flag"
I give up for tonight.
Gonna read my book.

This has got to be an issue on Netgears end. I have done everything short of reset the device which is not an option. Sure hope they fix it soon. My clients have come to depend on this service for day to day business operations.

Tried again a little bit ago. Still no Joy.
Any Update on status please?

Hello Annamarie,
What is the firmware version of your ReadyNAS NV+?
@ErikHui 4.2.31 is the latest firmware version of x86 ReadyNAS OS4, you might want to update it.
