Appears the RAX48 is not explicitly listed yet (brand new model), so you might want to start with this RAX48 Firmware Version 1.0.15.128 - Hot Fix

I have installed the hot fix RAX48 Firmware Version 1.0.15.128 - Hot Fix
It did not resolve the problem. I still cannot access port 22 outbound.
I tried to contact support but did not get any reply.
