Permission Denied on Readynas RNDU 2000

I know this is a bit out of date but I've just had and fixed this problem. If you get error:permission denied a lttle way into your first download and have just installed Transmission with no other configs then:
- open your ReadyNAS admin page
- go to Shares
- click the Read/Write options icon under CIFS for the "media" share
- click the "Advanced" tab
- select "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems."
- select "Apply"
Then delete and readd the torrent.
