Unscientific speed test is as follows:
1. Squid alone - reasonably fast
2. Privoxy alone - pretty slow -- part of this may be due to the browser inability to pre-render pages
3. Privoxy + squid - slooooow.
Squid.conf is on its way via PM. Privoxy config is default per your add-on.
