Hello Annamarie,
Can you post a screen capture?
Are you entering the email address of the ReadyNAS Remote user? Have you checked if the ReadyNAS is getting on the Internet? I'd suggest adding secondary DNS 8.8.8.8 to the network settings of the NAS too.

What is the firmware version of your ReadyNAS NV+?
@ErikHui 4.2.31 is the latest firmware version of x86 ReadyNAS OS4, you might want to update it.
