There is a problem with the current release of PlexMediaServer not properly removing the old stuff from PlexNineServer. That's why you're seeing both in the list of installed add-ons. This will be fixed in an upcoming new release.
The second part of your problem is that due to an oversight on my part the Plex server was added to the auto-startup scripts on the ReadyNAS. Thus it will start automatically and then the ReadyNAS firmware tries to start it a second time. While this shouldn't cause any problems for the second instance will detect the already running one as you can see in the log you posted, this may be irritating. To fix this first check whether the startup scripts actually exist using SSH:
If this outputs anything, remove the startup files using
Then restart your ReadyNAS and all should be well (except for the double listing).
