I did not know exactly how to upgrade , I assumed that Plex Media Server (0.9.3.5) would upgrade the Plex nine add-on PlexNineServer_0.9.2.8-34880ac-rnx86-0.1.6.bin , but it did not. After installing ...
Thanks for the reply, rebooting did the trick , had to recreate my sections in Plex Media Manager. Being able to upgrade would be nice , now you need to deinstall previous version and start fresh. I am not into Linux and don't know how to use ssh.
