To update my last post.
A UTM add-on has been posted on the OS6 product page recently.
http://support.netgear.com/product/ReadyNAS-OS6#wrapper
This will work only for x86 processor units, and not for ARM units (RN100 and RN2120)
ARM (RN102 / RN104 / RN2120)
x86 (RN312 / RN314 / RN316 / RN516 / RN716x / RN3220 / RN4220)
