- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredIn the Dashboard, click configure and go to the Add-ons menu. It'll show as either an Available add-on if not yet installed or an Installed add-on if installed.
- CrookzAspirantUnfortunately it shows neither, just readynas photos 2.
- Ruud0511AspirantThen it's probably installed already. I was able to install it from the addons dashboard in RAIDiator. Here's the link to the download: http://www.readynas.com/download/remote/ReadyNASRemoteSetup.exe.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThat's the download link for the application to install on the PC not the add-on.
- benandmarijaAspirantI have the same problem!
Is there a Duo V2 Version? Im starting to regret getting the v2 :(

You don't see it under Add-ons > Available?benandmarija wrote:

Yes. On the Dashboard click Configure. The ReadyNAS Remote add-on automatically shows under Add-ons > Available if not installed or under Add-ons > Installed if installed.benandmarija wrote:

Try this link: https://remote.readynas.com/?pid=4 - benandmarijaAspirantYou don't see it under Add-ons > Available?
No :(
It just says no available addons - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredDo email alerts from the NAS work? Have you verified that the NAS can communicate with the Internet?
- benandmarijaAspirantYeah Email alerts work...verified that it can communicate? not sure how! I guess if email alerts work then yeah!
- calja03AspirantHi All, I'm having a similar problem in that ReadyNAS Remote doesn't appear in the list of add-ons (either Installed or Available). Is there somewhere that I can download it? The Sparc & x86 versions are no use for the Duo V2.
Thanks in advance.
