ReadyNAS Remote iPad app v1.3.4
Hi upgraded ReadyNAS Remote on iPad to 1.3.4 and now having issues. Can log onto NAS with ReadyNAS Remote account details but my NAS user accounts will not authenticate now. Everything was working fine prior to app upgrade. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app.

I guess I'll have to wait for v1.3.5 - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredCan you access the NAS via ReadyNAS Remote on your Mac/PC?
- Trial_MasterAspirantI've only ever used Remote on my IOS devices. I can install PC or MAC client if you like?
Previous app on my iPad has worked fine including today. Shame Apple don't offer a rollback feature.
I should note that if I try to authenticate a second time the app crashes both v1.3.4 on iPad2 and iPhone4 - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredWould be worth a shot for trying to help isolate the cause of the problem.
- Trial_MasterAspirantOk just installed Windows 7 client and worked fine. I also remembered my wife had previously installed on her Macbook Pro so we tested that fine too. IOS update is broken :(
Thanks for asking all the right questions mdgm. Are you in a position to feedback to the powers that be or do i need to lodge a support ticket? - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredWould be a good idea to open a support ticket and possibly PM cap1 to see if he has any ideas.
- Trial_MasterAspirantOk done and done!

Thanks again for assisting. - chirpaLuminaryThe new client can use CIFS instead of only FTP like the previous version, how are your settings for that protocol? The Windows/OSX client use CIFS/AFP.
