ReadyNAS Remote iPad app v1.3.4
Hi upgraded ReadyNAS Remote on iPad to 1.3.4 and now having issues. Can log onto NAS with ReadyNAS Remote account details but my NAS user accounts will not authenticate now. Everything was working fine prior to app upgrade. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app.

- Trial_MasterAspirantHi chirpa
CIFS is the main protocol i use, I have enabled FTP purely for ReadyNAS Remote. If the Windows client is not using FTP i can confirm that CIFS is working correctly as far as ReadyNAS Remote is concerned as i have tested with both Win7 and OSX clients and they connect and work without issue. - BMachAspirantI have updated to v1.3.4 and I also cannot get in with either iphone or ipad.
Look forward to the solution - chirpaLuminarySo v1.3.4 is only CIFS now, not using FTP anymore. The changelog in the AppStore should be getting updated to reflect that better.
For those with connect issues, on the NAS page in the app, click Edit, then the blue arrow on the specific NAS to open its settings. Can you try toggling Guest mode in there and saving to see if that helps connection? - densterAspirantSame problem here. Not able to connect with Ipad3 and Iphone4s with agent APP ReadyNas remote V1.3.4
My Window 7 laptop is still able to connect.
please help ...Update to version 1.3.5??? - chirpaLuminaryDo you have Guest/Public access for your shares in the CIFS protocol? Have you tried editing the login information in the iPhone app (I detailed that two posts up).
- Mark01244AspirantSame for me, I've tried via normal & guest login.
I can access the NAS and view the shares etc but can't copy or open any files on the iPad - chirpaLuminaryWhat make/model NAS do you guys have? What firmware on it? Under System>Performance (not all models), do you have 'Optimize for OSX' enabled?

Made no difference. When is the IOS app either being rolled back or v 1.3.5 released? It is clearly the new app. I'm happy to go back to the previous version. - chirpaLuminaryI don't know if/when a roll-back may happen. I've informed the devs for it yesterday, still waiting to find out more.
In the meantime, waiting to get more details from you guys,... NAS and firmware? - Trial_MasterAspirantHere you go....
